I have used Prairie State Bank my entire life. Everyone is very helpful and go above and beyond to help with any on my needs. Nikki, Jenna, Emily and Lexi are always pleasant and they make sure every transaction is done in a timely fashion. I recommend them to everyone.

I have done my banking here since they took over Farmers State Bank. They are always so helpful and friendly. The best service in banking. Emily, Jenna, Nikki, Lexi and all the others staff, current and past, are just the sweetest. Always smiling and never seem like they're rushing you, whether in person or on the phone. That's what keeps me a customer.
I always have a good experience very helpful people when I call or when I walk in and Emily always has a smile on her face and is cheerful and glad to help.
I've been a PSB&T customer in Lewistown since 2008 (before it was PSB&T) and the one thing that keeps me a customer is the excellent customer service I receive by the everyone working there. Thank you Jenna, Lexi, Emily and Nikki and all previous employees for the great service you provide!
