Great local bank! Staff is super easy to work with every time that I’m in there especially Brandon who not only helped me open my account but also referred me to the right people when I needed help with getting prequalified for a mortgage. I feel assured knowing that if I ever have questions I can go to him or anyone else at the branch to get the help I need!
The team at Prairie State has been a pleasure to work with. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond to assist me with my banking needs. Their online banking platform is user-friendly and makes it easy for me to manage my accounts, pay bills, and transfer funds. I also appreciate the competitive interest rates and low fees on their products and services. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of service and support that I receive at PSB&T!.
Pretty solid team there. Eric Oschwald is a knowledgeable commercial guy to work with, and Lindsay Snow does a great job with servicing our accounts when we need help. Pretty much everybody I’ve dealt with there has taken great care to ensure we’re treated like people instead of just an account number.
Brandon Ely is fantastic! Very kind, genuine and helpful. An amazing representation of Prairie State. Exceeding my expectations for banker customer service. Brandon has a way of putting a personal touch on his service that makes me want to bank in person.
Really enjoy banking with PSB! Can you say that about a bank?? Well…they handle all my commercial business banking. They make everything so easy to do for loans. I live over an hour away from this bank, but you wouldn’t know it. With online banking and mostly everything done by email, thanks to Jon and Lindsey, everything is made easy! Not to mention their rates are unbeatable. They even took over my house mortgage last year because of their great rates. Totally recommend Prairie State Bank!!
