Great local bank! Staff is super easy to work with every time that I’m in there especially Brandon who not only helped me open my account but also referred me to the right people when I needed help with getting prequalified for a mortgage. I feel assured knowing that if I ever have questions I can go to him or anyone else at the branch to get the help I need!
As a first-time homebuyer, Jerry Boster was the perfect lender to work with. He was quick to respond to my questions and always went out of his way to thoroughly explain details about my purchase both in person and over email. Pretty solid team there. Eric Oschwald is a knowledgeable commercial guy to work with, and Lindsay Snow does a great job with servicing our accounts when we need help. Pretty much everybody I’ve dealt with there has taken great care to ensure we’re treated like people instead of just an account number.
