I just got fired from being a cook because I expressed concerns with constant health code violations. Don't eat the food here. Tia knows and she doesn't care, she'd rather fire good working employees and sweep it under the rug. Posted is a picture of ready to eat ham swimming in raw chicken juices, stored above fresh produce. This kitchen is a massive health hazard.
My mother loves it here. She now needs extra help and the staff is amazing! They are very knowledgable, caring and gentle with the residents. Special thanks to Julie and Tia.
