My dad has been at Prairie Point for over a year everybody there is so nice and he has never been happier the interaction with him and the staff is what he enjoys the most this place ROCKS
My dad has been at Prairie Point for 8 months everything had been good so far but recently had to go into memory care and I have been trying to get some medical documents for him for more then 4 weeks keep getting the runaround may calls call unreturned, his doctor is the facilities doctor they always so they can help me with this but nothing gets done andy
My mother was 96 and very independent when she finally agreed to consider assisted living. While most facilities share similar designs there is a vibe at Prairie Pointe that separates it from the rest. This is evident whether you are talking to staff, residents or other families.
