A place that feels like home is what we thought was most important to us when looking for somewhere for my mom to live, we found that and so much more here! The staff are more than friendly almost like family. The environment is more than welcoming. The activities and resident engagement are endless. Not only does mom feel at home, she’s more than comfortable and very well cared for. The meals are amazing we really couldn’t have asked for a better place for mom to move to.
Prairie Pointe is a welcoming place. The facility is very clean. They offer so much for the residents here. They have a salon, movie theater, activities throughout the week, and a great variety of food options during meal times. Arelis is always kind and Norma always greets you with a smile. I’ve recommended this place to family and friends that are needing a little more assistance in their lives.
Did a tour and absolutely loved this facility. The Executive Director Arelis is amazing. I know my family member is going to be just like family to them. It warms my heart to see such wonderful people caring for the residents at Prairie Pointe. The residents were chatting with staff members and other family members in the lobby. I overheard them talking about an event they were holding for the families and they were bringing in a magician for entertainment. I’m exciting for my family member to enjoy their new home here.
A great facility from activities to the dining experience. The CNA's are very attentive to the residents. Management is very easy to work with and happy to answer any questions.
