I've only visited 2 or 3 times so far, but overall I've been having a very good experience and intent to make it a regular part of my routine.
There vending machines took my money and they did not help me and there vending machines seem to always be broken
Staff in the pool are very unprofessional and the front desk people are always on their phones and why are they even working when they don’t pay attention to anyone
Came in to set up a family membership and was greeted very poorly by a tattooed women with an attitude. No upbeatness no smile no small talk conversation about joining. Just a face and a body to fill a schedule. It obviously is hard to find good help.
