From the moment I walked into Prairie Furniture, the staff made the process easy and enjoyable. They were knowledgeable, patient, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without any pressure. I was able to pick the fabric and colour of my sectional and recliner chair which was an extra bonus. It’s made out of durable wood and not cheap MDF board. They were kind enough to hold it in their warehouse until my renovations were completed.

I was able to find just what I was looking for, for my bedroom and living room. Prairie furniture and their team were exceptional, welcoming, and knowledgeable in their expertise. I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience with Prairie Furniture has been incredibly disappointing—especially in how they treated my senior mother-in-law. She visited the store hoping to try out a recliner but was convinced by staff to purchase a similar model online that wasn’t in stock.
