This is by far the worse of all high end brands. Bought a pair of the cup runners last summer. Wore them finally this January. For the leather to start bleeding on material. Sent to Prada only for them to send back with going through email chain. Customer service is horrible. I will never by anything from this brand just off how they handle customers. Hello. I wanted to write and let you know why I will no longer purchase your luxury sunglasses. I will no longer be a customer because of the vendor you use- Luxottica. The service has become pathetic and their website is a hot mess. At this point, Jessica Simpson sunglasses will work jusf fine with me. You should consider in house repairs so that you can better protect your brand.
They dont answer their phones terrible customer service
Customer service for online orders, especially shipping, is terrible. Packages are shipped via UPS signature required, meaning you have to be present for a four hour delivery window, similar to getting cable hooked up....in the 90's. Customer service response was "we can give you a refund". Luxury brand? I don't think so.
Bought a purse in Chicago fashion outlet location. Purchase ended up being defective and could not be repaired. Was issued store credit and was told by Angelique Serrano (manager) that it will be in their system when I am ready to use my credit. Came back after pandemic to redeem my credit and it was gone!. Nor my husband's or my name is not in system and credit is gone. 6 months of trying to get to bottom of this and now Prada customer service is dropping my calls when I call for follow up.
