Nice selection overall, with a good variety of pieces to browse. That said, I wish the in-store experience felt a bit more relaxed—when I’m shopping at this level, I want to be able to take my time and choose comfortably without feeling rushed or watched. The assortment is strong, but to be honest, the brand’s "wow factor" doesn’t feel quite like it used to. Still a solid stop if you’re looking for Prada at Yorkdale, just hoping for a smoother, more comfortable shopping experience.

I purchased a Prada purse from this store on December 31, 2018. By February, less than two months later the purse began peeling, despite being barely used. I returned to the store and was fortunate to see the same sales associate who assisted with my purchase. She acknowledged the issue and processed a repair, submitting it as an express repair due to the early damage. I was told I would receive it sooner than the usual 6–8 week timeline.
