I was at Yorkdale to watch a movie and while waiting we went to look around the stores. We went into Prada and Jeremy greeted us so politely. He was very helpful and friendly. Although I didn’t plan to buy anything yesterday we would have happily spent our money there with Jeremy’s help. You have a valuable client relations rep.
David was incredible! We had the best experience and we were so grateful for his expertise and kindness. Will definitely be returning to this location because of him!
Nice selection overall, with a good variety of pieces to browse. That said, I wish the in-store experience felt a bit more relaxed—when I’m shopping at this level, I want to be able to take my time and choose comfortably without feeling rushed or watched. The assortment is strong, but to be honest, the brand’s "wow factor" doesn’t feel quite like it used to. Still a solid stop if you’re looking for Prada at Yorkdale, just hoping for a smoother, more comfortable shopping experience.
