Absolutely horrible experience with PracticeBloom. I purchased their Facebook ads service plus call center for setting appointments from the ads. The Facebook ads looked good, but the lead quality was very bad - 85% of them never showed up for an appointment. And the most of the ones that did show were not asked the qualifying questions agreed upon so they didn't even qualify. And the call center was TERRIBLE.
