While I wish I could give practice promotions a 5 star rating, I have to give them a 2-star rating. Here are the reasons: 1. Their metrics are deceiving and misleading. Every month they will give you false information and numbers. The statistics they provide is falsly high. For example, they told me that I had 40 conversions (new or reactivating a patient), I'd be lucky if I even saw 10 conversions and was tracking it on the side, about how many calls I had from the "conversions". 2.
