Very friendly and helpful. My flight to Trail was cancelled, and I rerouted to Kelowna. Luckily Trail Practicar had a car at the airport in Kelowna that I drove back to Trail, which saved me many hours of waiting for the Air Canada bus
Some of the best service I've ever had. I was pretty much effed as my truck broke down. Got me a car within minutes. Thanks for the great service.
These people are just the best!! and when you got THE BEST who cares about the rest. Cant brag more about such a pleasant experience with this car rental company thus far. We are in such great care and price is amazing. Coming from Careers in Toronto what a royal treat business here is.
Good rental services, booking a car with them was quite easy. I will advice booking ahead or a day before the day you plan to pick up the car .
I can’t thank the trail BC Practicar folks enough. My partner and I were stuck in Castlegar with out transportation. We called the emergency number in Trail BC early on a Saturday morning and the woman who picked up the phone was amazing and offered to help in anyway she could. She was helping us coordinate a vehicle in Trail. We were lucky enough to get a Practicar in Castlegar but we are so appreciative for the support from the trail location. Thank you again!!
