So first of all this place is hard to find, there are no "Practicar" signs, but it's the garage and u-haul building. I chose practicar because it was closer than Budget and it's always good to support local, independent businesses. To my surprise, the car I got was an old, like 10 years +, kia. When I got my invoice, the other company name at the top of the sheet was "rent a wreck" which makes a lot of sense.
