Absolutely atrocious, we had booked a car for our Calgary trip over 3 months in advance, and yet we were told a few days before the trip that they had no cars available. They had given away the car we wanted, and then they claimed that we had not in fact booked with them and that we were not even in their system. The individual in question Mancit who was the person that told us we were not in their system and did not have any reservation.
