Its kinda limited service and fleet with high price. Also the timing and late response for enquiries makes it diffcult

I booked a pick-up truck at Practicar Castlegar to move houses. Even though I made a reservation in advance and the staff confirmed that my friend could pick up the truck for me on November 29 (because I had a work shift and couldn’t go), when my friend arrived, the female staff member made things difficult and insisted that I had to be there in person. When you are the only game in town you can afford to not have great service. This little car rental company doesn’t do that. The service was fantastic. The people at the counter are terrific. When I messed up my reservation (5 days instead of only 1 that I needed) they called me in advance of my trip and sorted it out. The car was new, clean and ready to go. Easy drop off experience and friendly staff. I will definitely look for this team on future travels.
