We had an emergency with an installer and one of his tools broke, I called Practical Products and they came to the rescue. They had the tool in stock, let us pick it up within the hour, were prompt in all communication, and overall kind. We greatly appreciated it, highly recommended by the Granite Transformations of Dayton/Cincinnati team. :)
