If I could give zero stars I would! DO NOT GO!!!!! DO Not Go! I drove 5hrs twice just for them to tell me I qualify and then call and tell me I don’t because I changed my answers twice! So if things change in my life I shouldn’t give them an update? I completed one study with them and I had the absolute worst experience! The food had hair and dirt in it! The building was not clean, the staff was untrained and unprofessional. Go at you own risk! You have been warned!
They are great. The only con is they dont pay for screening
I'm a healthy person and i did many studies at Icon San Antonio location. I have been trying to get in a healthy studies many times at Lenexa location ,but I could not for stupid things, the receptionist don't help at all and they are not professional . I feel that they call you if you are interested and when u screen they fail you for stupid things. Stay away for this location I highly recommend San Antonio or Salt lake city location ,I would give zero star if i can ,they don't pay for pre screening ,so don't go especially ... read more
First time I went to do screening 2 days later they called me to let me know that I qualify but the medical company that is doing the study had backed out and not going to come back into December. Now we are in December they send me an email telling me if I want to participate in the $5,500 medical study again. I came in for a medical screening again my lab results came back clean meaning that I passed to participate.
