I was referred to Susan with PRA ATBS years ago. She is an incredibly professional business-woman. Susan has done my taxes for 3-4 years now. She goes above and beyond to do as much as possible to help her clients. If there is something she is even the slighted bit unsure of, she will do the necessary research until she has the required answers to continue with her work. Handled my out of country taxes no problem, very knowledgeable and willing to work with you. Prices were very reasonable compared to others in the area. No complaints.
Waste of time - Greedy bookkeeper. Won't talk to you or give you the advice and service you deserve. Great with first time callers to get the business. Also will not save you anything on tax return refunds like some accountants try to find ways to save you $$. This one just wants to get in and out to get paid. Always stressed out and tired. I dropped her in a heart beat once learned her for a much better BK
