TERRIBLE customer service & experience! We had a pool built July 2014 and My husband had to supervise the job every step of the way. Artisian Pool claimed to do all their own work but every step of the way is a different subcontractor. The "supervisor Jason" was never around to supervise just collect money. Our pool too has cracks around it but the stupidest thing is is they did not install a overfill drain so that when it rains the over fill will not drain out. Get lots of quotes. Choose carefully I have a 15000 gal pool with enclosure, extra decking and extra solar panals. I picked Artesian for the free pool light kit, supposed lifetime warrenty on my pool pump and their claim that they would fix or solve all problems. My pool is almost 2 years old. I am on my second pool leak. This is almost funny since nothing about my pool deck drains water for S%$t. I would think that any moron knows that water does not run UP HILL. Oh. Our pool was put in by Artesian The previous owners of our home had a pool installed 18 years ago. It has aged wonderfully! We have had many years of use from it and expect to have a few more before any resurfacing needs to be done. Based on what we've seen with this pool, we can highly recommend this company!
