Very poor customer service and communication. I’ve had no meaningful contact since placing my order for stools. I’ve sent several emails and only received a generic auto response asking me to wait 48–72 hours, which has now passed with no follow-up. All I’m trying to get is a simple answer regarding delivery, but no one has responded. I purchased a concrete table and a sun lounge recently. The sun lounge was delivered with a missing bolt and so was unable to be used. It took 2 weeks plus a visit to the warehouse only to be given the wrong screw for the lounge. Then it was more unanswered phone calls, mailbox full 🥴 and finally a replacement was sent. Can someone please respond to my emails and text messages, regarding my order that was placed in DECEMBER?? You sent me an email alerting me that my items had arrived weeks ago, then asked me to pay extra for shipping ON TOP of the $199 I had already paid (which is illegal).
