Scam company
Received my cheque, I must admit that I was worried that it was a scam company after reading the reviews, but after receiving a notification letter from HMRC that a cheque had been realised to tax advisory group, four weeks later it was forwarded on to me minus charges etc, they done what was asked and found money I didn't think or know I was entitled to. Used this company. I did receive a cheque but they took more than the 30 per cent commission and won't reply to my emails or to the letter I sent. The letter was signed for by someone in the company on 24/10/22.
I wouldn't use this company again I money was sent to them from me in june 2021 and has taken them 10 weeks to pay me al I have had from them is excuses the same over and over
Been waiting since June for our refund.. have been told 7-10 days about 20 times now.. then last week was told that I will Only get half of what we was expecting as the two letters we had from HMRC were combined, when in July I was told they had 2 cheques from HMRC…. Is it a scam.. I can’t get through to HMRC to speak to someone either.. joke…. 🤬🤬🤬
