Very unhelpful man Gene I think his name was. Put his arms behind him and said if I don’t have product number I can’t help you. I asked what do you have in the store that is direct to metal paint again he couldn’t help PPG apparently has no paint direct to metal. Even though this is where my company get it from. This man must hate his job. Poor service!!!! I also needed stripping paint and he said if there is no number he couldn’t help. Ummmm hello google! I walked in the store asking for paint pricing was asked what kind I told him i need paint that will work with omni , the employee said he has no idea what omni is, PPG OWNS OMNI or sells it , after that he told me that they can't mix paint, yep a paint store can't mix paint. As of 11/8/23 they can't mix paint today is 11/23/23 was told he has no idea when he can mix paint. So continued to ask for pricing of 2 gallons of paint for a chevy color code was told he can't get pricing for ppg paint with factory color code.... very... read more
