Giancarlo was kind enough to take some personal income tax questions I had on short notice, even though I was not an established client of his. He was able to help and guide me with next steps and was very personable. Although I do not have a need for his services at the moment, I appreciate the time he took out of his day. Even after moving to California, I still use their service because they have SAVED me more that I can even count. Fees have varied based on my business activity but have paid for them selves many times over. He lives no stone un-turned and is not shy about supporting his clients. Would give him 6 stars if allowed.
