I called to schedule a consultation was told I would receive a call back and did not. When I called to follow up on meeting with an attorney the receptionist was very rude and ignorant. Please learn to provide better customer service to potential clients. Thank you.
Supposedly is a group of amazing lawyers.. With a ton of great reviews. I don't understand how they are so amazing when they have a bunch of incompetent people working for them, they are so incompetent That they can't schedule an appointment correctly It's much easier and a lot more honest if you tell your customers you are swamped and can't take appointments then to lead someone on, and have them take time of work for an appointment never happened, because they are incompetent.
