I made an appointment for a consult with Ms Pozo 3 weeks ago. Our appointment was for August 13 at 1:30 pm. I got no call from the office or attorney Pozo cancelling or letting me know she is running late. I’m a nurse I can’t choose who I see. I respect everyone’s schedules and time. I sincerely need help and I can tell your office is to busy to respect my time.
