I ordered 4 items, 2 bracelets, a necklace, and some earrings. After 11 emails and 40 days I received 1 bracelets. You can speak to anyone on the phone. Customer service through emails is horrible. I am still waiting on the rest of my order. I would not recommend anyone ordering from this company.
