I've ordered vacuums from them in the past and I was happy with it but last week I placed an order online for the same vacuum and received an immediate email that it would ship out within one business day and I would be notified of the tracking number for FedEx. Terrible vacuums and no customer service. I've been using these vacuums for my business for the past 4 years and have always had issues. The only reason I kept using is due to the low cost and the strong motor. My issue is with the hose assembly and the power cord. Back then I'd only have to replace the hose two to three times a year which was frustrating. But now I just bought a new one 3 months ago and have already replaced it twice.
