Mark has a holistic approach to physical therapy, treating the body as a whole. I originally saw Mark to help alleviate the pain of frozen shoulder, but while there he was also able to help relieve knee pain I’ve had for years. He is adept at various treatment options including stretching, massage, cupping, and dry needling, often thinking outside the box to provide the best outcomes. I couldn’t be happier with the results I’ve had at Powicki Physical Therapy!
Dr. Mark really thinks outside the box to help determine what is wrong with your body and how to fix it. His techniques are really unique and holistic. I would highly recommend him for not just PT, but for overall health maintenance and recovery.
Don’t settle for a standard physical therapy practices when you can work with someone who goes above and beyond the narrow limits of what an insurance company dictates as your needs. Mark is not only a highly skilled therapist; he is a great listener and astute diagnostician.
