I have been so impressed with Mark Powicki! I came to him with a history of issues and some ugly radiographs. He took a holistic approach to my pain and, I believe, found the root cause. Rather than our focusing on relieving symptoms, he has instead attemped to fix the issue from the literal ground up. It's working! I cannot believe how much better I feel and so quickly - I have so much more energy, I'm sleeping better and I just feel better all day long. I feel like I have a solution for life and it's so exciting.
Mark helped me avoid surgery through PT for a herniated S1/L5 disk issue. When I first came to him I was very jammed up and limited in my daily movement, but I am now back to feeling great and fully functional and strong! Thank you Mark!!!
Mark has a holistic approach to physical therapy, treating the body as a whole. I originally saw Mark to help alleviate the pain of frozen shoulder, but while there he was also able to help relieve knee pain I’ve had for years. He is adept at various treatment options including stretching, massage, cupping, and dry needling, often thinking outside the box to provide the best outcomes.
