This business is fantastic. I had an amazing customer service experience with them. I rented a couple of bikes and the guy who helped me forgot to give me the chargers (it happens!). He drove them all the way to Los Olivos to where I was staying. At least a 90 minute drive if not more. And I didn’t ask him to he just did. That is the definition of awesome service. I will only go to this business for my electric bike needs going forward. The bikes were great and reasonably priced as well. Great business!!

The customer service I received from powerup was incredible! Words cannot describe the experience I had! I'm sure I found the only place Ill do business with from now on! The ebike I have is clean and the rental and purchase options can't be matched! 10 stars!
I have been thinking of getting a Ebike for commuting to work. I mentioned it to a friend of mine, who knew Joey Council. Top notch service. The bike has been excellent for the 40 miles I've ridden it thus far. Joey, the owner, was very informative while I was in the decision-making process and equally as helpful when I went to pick the bike up. Five stars for Joey & PowerUp eBikes!
