I wanted to give five Because he was extremely quick at getting me in And somewhat patient with me. However, between holding my refund ransom until I paid, which was not our agreement.And the fact that I was promised a $6 refund from the city.And I just got a hundred dollar bill due in a couple days. I can't afford to pay an extra $100 right now.And had no idea this was coming. This man just screwed me over so hard.I'm gonna have delinquent tax notices now. I will definitely be finding an actual professional next year.
