Amy has been wonderful. I gained weight after an injury. I have been struggling trying to get back to where I was. With Power Performance Nutrition plan, it looks like I will surpass where I was prior. I can already see my body's definition and I am impressed. When I first stared here in February I wasn’t able to walk, I had sever pain and couldn’t move my knee at all. I couldn’t fully bend or straighten it. Now I can fully walk and move with no limits, I’m 100% healed and can get back to my active movement filled lifestyle, I never thought I would be back to fully normal but Amy proved that I could!
