Been going to North Van Merchanic and auto body shop for over a decade—they're super professional. The owner and crew are super nice; they helped me swap out my regular tires for winter snow tires. Got my car all checked up before ski season so I'm totally ready to hit the slopes!
Jack was very personable and agreed to help us with our tire at 6:50am on a Sunday. He met us a parking lot right away ( not a garage), couldn’t find the leak in our tire so he didn’t charge us. Offered to lend us his tire pump for the day for free and followed up later to check how the tire was doing! Very kind
My oil sign was blinking and I came here on Sunday evening when everything else closed. Jack was super nice, came out in the rain and quickly checked my car for free. Very nice , thank you Jack!
