Absolutely love this book store. The employees couldn’t be kinder. However, this afternoon I was trapped inside the store due to not one, but two broken doors. We were trapped inside for about 15 minutes, until the Police came and were able to get the door open. The employees handled the situation well but I hope this issue is fixed for future customers.

I will never ever shop here again. My brother in law used the employee bathroom by accident and one of the female employees behind the counter (short, slim build, long dark hair) was incredibly rude to him. And on Father’s Day when he’s got kids in tow. What happened to giving people - especially potentially paying customers - the benefit of the doubt? Awful, miserable, little small-minded person. What a lovely shop - they have very a nice collection of poetry and books on politics, social justice, popular fiction, etcetera. They also sell a lot of nice knick knacks and have an extensive children’s section as well.

I ordered ab book 7 days ago, but did not receive a confirmation # nor shipping info. I left 2 voice mails in english (german accent), and emails. Assuming because my english is not perfect and I have an accent (german accents are strong), the person which refused to give a name, indicated its not a real order, Im not a real customer, I stole the CC to commit fraud and all because my written and spoken english is not perfect (based on their opinion), I must be fraud.
