Reliable and Dependable! They service what they sell! With an impending storm 48 hours away my generator failed to work. Power Hose sent a expert, Joao, with 25 years experience. He arrived at 3 PM. And at 7 PM the unit was running like new. Yes, he staid into the evening to complete the repair. A first class outfit!

After a frustrating experience with another Generac dealer, I called Powerhouse and am SO glad I did. They had a technician at my house within hours of my call and immediately fixed a problem that had eluded the other dealer for four months. Both Lisa in the office and the technician (Brazilian dude whose name rhymes with John but don’t know exactly what it is ) were responsive and awesome. I 100% recommend Powerhouse. Looking forward to our next power outage .
