WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER....so you all know the size of my system is very large at 19.80 kW. Now where did it all go wrong:
First and foremost we were given an APR of 4.99% and just found out that these dealers have the option of giving us 2.99%-8.99%. Well good customer service would mean giving your customer what is best for them and setting the APR for 2.99%, right?! Well, What these people did was what best suited their pockets by increasing our interest rate it decrease the fees they are charged.
Then we were charged for a ground mount which later in the process we were told we couldn’t have because we were in city limits. We asked for a detailed explanation of cost but never received, yet the cost remained the same. They then changed the proposal to different panels again we have yet to see the new contract or proposal with that system.
Ernest is a great salesman, but the man couldn’t be honest or follow through on anything we asked or he said he would do. I have never experienced the amount of unprofessionalism as I did with this company.
So if you like dishonesty, price gouging to increase his commission and decrease his fees, by all means THIS is your company. If you are a hardworking American who wants what’s best for the economy and your checkbook DO NOT CHOOSE POWERED BY SUNLIGHT!!
UPDATED 9/11/20.....I was asked to remove my review and allow them to make it right. I did so but they didn’t follow through with their end so I am forced to repost.
