They are ok. It takes forever to get replacement cards though. 7-10 business days. You go almost two weeks without a card. Not fun in a world where we rely heavily on them. This is my biggest complaint with this group. Takes a long time to get your debt card initially then if you have to replace them it takes to long. Speeding this whole process up would be tremendous!
