It would seem people either love or hate this place since the reviews are all over the place. Our experience with my mother's visit was poor. Many of the staff did not speak very good English and it was very hard to understand them. They also were not timely and many of their responsibilities and duties occurred either late or not at all. I would have left ZERO stars had i been able to!!!Hubby arrived on a Tuesday afternoon. Someone came in his room 3 hours later to sign paperwork. We pointed out his bedrail was broken. They never fixed it. He was not evaluated for his PT or OT until Wednesday. His 1st and only OT was Thursday. No PT at all. Wednesday, he needed to be bathed. Do not entrust your loved one to this facility under any circumstances. The level of negligence, incompetence, and disregard for basic human decency is appalling. Staff are consistently rude, uncommunicative, and show a complete lack of compassion or concern for patient well-being. It’s clear that patient care is not a priority here. Questions go unanswered, and accountability is nonexistent. The fact that this place is still operating is both alarming and heartbreaking. Protect your family—look elsewhere.
Linda my nurse she was great, better than the charge nurse or any other nurse, She always took care of my needs, she is definitely worth keeping.
