In January 2024, in the middle of very strong storm systems coming across Northern California, my Kohler 14KW propane generator took a dump. Not good at all when the generator is used to power up batteries when without sun to charge system. I researched two Kohler Generator dealers in the Redding area, read reviews, and saw that Chris was highly recommended by past customers. I called PowerUp and explained my major problem to his wife and she said " Chris will call you, he's on a job in a rural area". Sure enough about 5 PM ... read more

Honestly one of the BEST professionals we've ever hired! Chris is so responsive, timely, does what he says he's going to do and does a wonderful job. It's hard to even get people out where we live, and he showed up and did a great job on a generator and some electrical work we needed. He even came out promptly when I called to check on a small issue we were having, which turned out to be no fault of his own. We will definitely be calling on him for future electrical jobs.
