Great service. Had a rotary tool with a broken collet inside. They fixed it quick and sent me on my way.
Incompitent service providers , i went to shop as it says they are here from a long time but their service is slow and unprofessional. Front end staff is what will kill this business , they are lazy, slow and have zero knowledge regarding tools. Back end staff is reasonable as they straight told me they cant find out what the issue in my compressor is after paying them 100 after they told its all in working conditon compressor stopped next day i was busy so bought it back a week later .But they had no idea what was wrong wit... read more
We arrived without an appointment and were received with very quick, and courteous service. Even though our issue was minor they took the time to fix it, test it, and give us a brief demo. What a treat.

Well I guess its easier to tell people parts are discontented then order or help out I called Makita Edmonton for a set of brushes for a hammer drill between Toronto and Vancouver there are over 500 sets available I guess its easier to lie then to help Well done
