Had a simple fix on my DeWalt sawzall. They took care of it quickly for no charge. I will be coming back here for my till repairs going forward
Never called me for updates, I had to call them for updates and my quote. Had to pay 55 dollar diagnostic fee, when all my tool needed was a switch. In the end said the tool was not repairable, so ended up fixing myself. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Also when I got the tool back it was missing parts and cord.
