The professionalism of this company is very pour and could do way better at communicating. I asked for help with my issue and was told it was likely a bad mother board. When the service tech got to my site he unplugged the existing mother board and waited 20 seconds then plugged it back in and it worked perfectly. It took a total of 10 minutes and he was gone then I got my invoice for 800.00 dollars. Then the tech said this happens all the time its very rare a mother board goes bad.
