24 hours of labor to install this baby. No transfer switch was installed. They had to run back to the shop in the middle of the day because they did not have gas pipe along. Both techs went back. I got charged labor and milage for 4 one way runs in a single day x 2 techs. One tech was in training, obviously. Plus there were 3 hours labor charged to load the truck the day before. The office man is where my problem solely lies.
