I ordered a FASS fuel filter and paid for 2 day shipping as I needed the part desperately. I went with them because the reviews said they are reliable especially with shipping. They sent it regular mail and stated that they accidentally did so. They refunded the $42 for the shipping, but did nothing to get me the part and did not respond to my suggestion of them overnighting me the part and me returning the other when it arrived. This made me lose 10k in business profit as my truck was down.
Stopped in here to talk to them about some technical stuff. Great staff and a really cool work environment. Very friendly and helpful. Deffinately recommend
Casually driving through a four-way stop doesn’t help the company brand when you’re driving the truck with the name on the side
Please fix the voice prompt system, I don’t feel like getting in a pissing contest with the raging lady in your service department anymore when I call for parts. Thank you
