Thought Kevin was a good guy but then he screwed me. Charged me an additional $67 for a trailer rental that was returned on time. I walked inside the office and looked for an associate but no one was there. Spent 20 minutes at this place trying to return the trailer but no one came out. Finally I just dropped the trailer right where I picked it up originally, took some pictures and then I left. I even put the block of wood down between the pavement and the trailer like he asked.
Kevin has to be the most professional person I've had the pleasure of meeting. Talk about thorough... his attention to detail is beyond what one would expect from a Uhaul franchise. The place was not only well organized, but the lot was spotless. Each piece of equipment had their designated area, and he also saved us some money on our move. Bundling moving equipment like furniture blankets, hand trucks, and an appliance dolly are just some of the things you don't think about until it's too late or when your back begins ache.... read more
