Everyone I spoke to was nice and polite but that is about all I can say ordered a generator to be delivered Friday before noon showed up over 2 hours late and prevented me from testing When I tested Saturday morning it failed. Called for help at 8am and did not arrive e until almost noon by then it was too late Worst part is my client will not pay me for majority of my work on site now and the company is not refunding my $700 delivery and removal charge My advice - find someone else who tests their generator properly before ... read more
