Great experience, the staff is very knowledgeable and honest. We had a ton of questions about bikes they sell as well as bikes they don't sell. The made the process super easy and we got a very reasonable price.
Mitch and team were great assisting us with battery and bike after minor wreck. Recommend highly.
I want to commend Power ON for excellent customer service. I took my daughter’s electric bike that had chain slipping off to them. They said they usually don’t work on bikes they did not sell. He was still kind enough to look at it. After looking he said this may be pretty simple and fixed it in 10 min. When I asked what I should pay, they didn’t even take any money for it! Just said let’s get your daughter to school. Great folks and very nice customer service. They do have a good selection of electric bikes too.
Yeah, cool place. Lots of different Electric bikes and scooters. Engaging staff. Found a nice little Hiboy scooter. They set it up and delivered it. So far, so good. They deserve 5Stars.
