Excellent service I had a 4 inch screw go thru my back wheel. Granted I did already purchase a new tire and tube, so they didn't have to order it, which would have been 3 days at the least. Since I brought the materials with me already they had me up and riding in 2 days. Great Job and excellent service.
Super helpful, good advice, patient, no pressure. Lots of inventory. Guided test ride. Recommend asking for Eric.
Beyond the best. The one on one meeting to find the perfect bike for you, test rides, and at pick up going over everything, learning all the details, and making sure everything on that bike is set exactly for you is what makes the guys at Power On, including Eric, next level. It isn’t pushy sales and doesn’t feel like used car salesmen but a steady let’s see what would work best and the knowledge here is top tier!!!
Great shop with great selection. Very safe and comfortable area to test ride here.
This place is beautiful and the staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. I felt so welcomed and valued. They allowed me to test drive as many bikes as I wanted. I learned so much about various e-bikes while I was there! The owner, Mitch, went above and beyond and gave me his undivided attention for my lengthy visit. I am very impressed with this company and truly enjoyed my experience there. I would highly recommend!
