Hello to all, I stopped by and spent a couple of hours today with Eric Lowell about purchasing an Electric Bike. Eric took his time to answer all my questions and then some. I walked in dead set on one specific bike. I watched 20 videos and tried to make an informed decision on buying my first e-bike. The sales rep politely listened to me and let me test drive the bike I thought I wanted. Then he suggested a few different bikes and left me alone for about an hour. I test ride another bike that he suggested and realized that a YouTube video doesn’t compare to knowledge of someone who does this for a living.
I have a knock off not great e bike. Throttle not worked sini bought it. I was in a rush to take it on a trip. These guys went above and beyond and had me out the door on 48 hours. When I buy a new goid e bikes. I will buy it @ power up for sure. D
