The sales department was awesome and gave us a competitive price. The service was great after I gave my sons bike a flat tire.
Met personally today with Eric in a VIP test ride and consultation and it was a wonderful experience! He first took about 20 minutes to get to know me and the kind of ebikes I was interested in and then spent another 20 minutes or so going over lots of different stats of each kind of ebike. Lastly he lined out about 5 different ebikes of various sizes and features and away I went riding each one with his explanations of the pros and cons of each. I'm writing this review for my Dad and Mom. In September they started to look for a Ebike for my Dad. As they started to visit shops they were met with strange regulations like having to give their credit card to ride a bike or not being able to touch the bikes at all. To say they was disappointed was a understatement. They keep looking for a place to ride the bikes that's when they found POWER ON. Things started to look up.
