One word: Eric. He was the best salesman I’ve met in decades. He is enthusiastic, patient and shares his vast knowledge in the most approachable way. The selection of equipment made the choice hard (so many flavors) but it makes it so much easier to zero in on the right e-bike for me and my sister. She found Power ON online and we thank our lucky stars she did. The owners are super pleasant and professional and got us a great price.
We had a great experience buying bikes at Power ON Electric Bikes. If you are looking at purchasing an ebike, I recommend checking this place out. They have a big selection, knowledgeable staff and they were all super nice! We got there 20 minutes before they closed and they stayed after closing time answering questions and letting us try out the bikes without rushing us to decide on the bikes and accessories.
Excellent customer service and great experience! The staff was very attentive, patient, and helpful in guiding me to choose the right electric bike for my child. They explained everything clearly and made sure safety and quality were top priorities. My child loves the bike, and I’m very satisfied with the purchase. Highly recommend this store!
Staff was very knowledgeable about all e-bikes. They carried many different styles and we were able to ride as many as we wanted to. Once we decided which style best suited us David was helpful in trading us in all aspects of the bike. Would highly recommend Power On to anyone to buy an e bike.
