My experience with Monika has been extremely positive. She is a no nonsense, no judgement coach offering sage advice, tips, and encouragement. I highly recommend her for anyone wanting to change their eating habits or to stay on track to live a healthier life.
I first met Monika about 5 years ago when she was my exercise trainer. Among other things, Monika taught me the importance of proper form and quality of my exercise over just getting reps & time in. Now, I am client on the nutrition side as well! Monika is extremely knowledgeable, motivating, easy to talk to and has helped me understand healthy nutrition as a lifestyle rather than just a way to drop a quick few pounds. She's incredibly kind, patient, smart & funny!!! Thank you Monika :)
Monika has completely changed my life, for the better! I used to think of diet as depravation, but Monika taught me how to give my body the right "fuel" to keep me strong, healthy and obtain my goals. Monika has been so patient and supportive, and most of all realistic!! She found ways to help me be healthier even in my chaotic life. Seeing her is always a nice experience, and her positive energy is contagious! If you are ready for a change I highly recommend you go see her, she is amazing!
