As someone who was partially illiterate on the topic of mortgages and purchasing a house in general, Lina was hugely helpful in explaining each step of the process and was very helpful whenever we had a question. She went above and beyond to contact the banks when we had issues with contracts arriving in the mail (the banks fault) and was always a short phone call away to provide clarification on any step. We felt that Power Lending Group did an incredible job and would highly recommend!
