I had used this company before for a Will, so thought I would go back to amend and get my husband's Will sorted. There has been a few communication issues and wasted time due to appointments not kept by them. Emails missing. But after a complaint to a staff member, the owner/Partner reached out and apologized. Good tips and assistance in further meetings. They really care about their clients. Happy with final results.
