My family and I came in for a test ride and decided to purchase a Tern e-bike to avoid needless car trips into downtown Canmore. Dakota! OMG amazing. I blew in with 20 minutes left on their clock and 4 km left on my battery for a 30 k ride ahead. They plugged me in, fixed a loose noisy fender bolt, strapped on a water bottle holder, a rearview mirror and a new excellent panier. The team had me out 15 minutes past close - road heroes! No upsell - just what I needed and asked for. Go see these guys, they know their stuff.
