Had a great tune up and replacing and tightening up both of both pedals that were both loose. So thank you to the staff and Dakota at Power in Motion for their great support and work on my bike!
I brought my scooter for repair and battery replacement to this place. Dakota promised two to three weeks. I check every fours weeks and nothing. After three months has not been repair. Dakota was not apologetic just take it. This is by far the worse place. Management needs an attitude adjustment and learn how to fulfill their promises.
great customer service and staff. had a mistake that was rectified immediately, i see that they care about their customers and are willing to go above & beyond customer satisfaction. highly recommend this place to those with ninebot products who need fixing.
