Truck # 89 Trailer # 382569 Traveling west on I-64. Cut me off and almost hit me. He was also speeding through construction zones. Weaving in and out of traffic. No signaling. Very un-safe. I called the company to report him and was hung up on several times. This driver was hauling for target.
