My husband and I recently had our first baby and wanted to know our options for investing for our daughter. We were greeted & helped by Jackie. She was very kind and helpful. She gave us a bunch of options. We also needed to put my name on my husband’s account, which ended up being pretty quick and professional. They refuse to notarize documents stating "company policy" only. Not what you need for a "trusted business partner" to not notarize your signature on paper. I'm looking for a new relationship, you should too.
Very good service. Every question and concern I had was satisfied in the most efficient, quickest, and effective way. Katevia was an excellent representative and was extremely professional. The manager also provided some of the best service I’ve received at any bank and was very respectful. Would recommend this bank for customer service.
